How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on all orders above £25. A small delivery charge is applied for orders under this amount. 

How long will delivery take?

We aim to deliver all Sup orders within 2-3 working days for all items that are in-stock. If you’ve pre-ordered an item, this will be delivered within 2-3 days of the shown pre-order date. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the following working day.

My item has arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please take a photo of the damaged item as soon as you can, and where possible please note with the courier on handover. Contact our team at hello@supdrinkware.com and we’ll take care of you.

What does double wall stainless steel actually mean?

A double-wall bottle is basically an inner bottle and an outer bottle bound together. If you take one bottle and put it inside another, then fuse them together that’s what a double wall is. Leaving a small vacuum between the two which helps insulate and keep your drinks super cool.

Can I put my bottle in the freezer?

No. As liquids expand as they freeze, this will damage your Sup product and void any warranty.

How should I clean my Sup product?

A light rinse with hot soapy water will do the trick. Sup products are not suitable for the dishwasher. Where possible, do not leave liquids in your Sup products for over 24 hours. If liquids are left in your Sup product for extended periods of time, you may occasionally need a more thorough clean using bicarbonate of soda. 

Clean after every use and store without the lid on, as this will ensure your product dries properly.

Please DO NOT use milton or other sterilising fluid as this can affect the products.

Will I get condensation on the outside of my Sup product?

No. Never. In addition to keeping your drink cool, the clever double wall vacuum technology ensures that you never get condensation, so no more annoying drips or rings marks on the table.
